NOTE: Our shoe orders are fulfilled outside of New Zealand.

Please expect up to 12 days delivery times for these orders.

Couriers for non-shoes within New Zealand will take 1-3 days to deliver from Auckland.

Please allow an additional 6 days for rural and Australia.

NOTE ON: USA SHIPPING

As of August 29, 2025, de minimis doesn't apply to shipments to the United States. Duties and import taxes will apply to all US imports, regardless of the value of the shipment.

New Zealand Shipping

Orders to New Zealand have unique express shipping rates. This fee includes all customs, duties, and taxes.

$18 NZD Shipping Fee

New Zealand shipping takes 5-12 days to arrive from date of order.

Orders Coming from Offshore Brands to New Zealand

The Goods and Service Tax legislation implemented from 1 December 2019 states that international orders under NZ$1000 are taxable at 15%, but don't worry - we cover this tax for you! This is managed automatically.

Where your order goods to the value of NZ$1,000 or more, including where you place multiple orders that are dispatched simultaneously and arrive in New Zealand at or around the same time, you may be liable for customs duty. Please get in touch with your local customs office for more info.

Australia Shipping

Orders to Australia have unique express shipping rates. This fee includes all customs, duties, and taxes.

$20 AUD Shipping Fee

Australian shipping takes 4-8 days to arrive from date of order.

🚨 Shipping Costs & Address Changes 🚨

  • If you change your delivery address mid-shipment, you will be responsible for any additional courier fees incurred.
  • If you are unavailable at the delivery address, resulting in a failed delivery and requiring a second shipment, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • If you request a delivery address change after a failed shipment, any new shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, we do not reimburse shipping costs.

International Shipping

Some countries or regions have separate de minimis thresholds for duties and import tax. If an order is above the tax de minimis but below the duty de minimis, then it is only subject to import tax. Some countries include or exclude shipping from the calculation of the de minimis.
